Workshop Sunday 10 November – 2nd Serie Ashtanga with Johanna & Reinier (11:00-13:00)

      
In this workshop Johanna Kroyer and I we will cover ALL poses of Intermediate Series with you. The goal is not to learn 2nd series in this workshop. From experience we know that this can only be realized in Mysore style practice. Our goal is to shine a light on what beautiful poses are waiting for you in 2nd series of Ashtanga. This is the practice that focusses on cleansing of the energy channels (nadi shodana). So, a completely different energy than Primary Serie. In my own experience: The practice that makes Ashtanga a complete (asana) practice and I love it to have been able to enrich my being here with this part of the beautiful practice of Ashtanga.

Non-member can register for € 35. Including the long led-class from 8.30 to 1045 (!) that day that covers not only Primary but also the first half of 2nd serie.
