Petri is an internationally known Ashtanga Yoga teacher and author of the books about the Ashtanga system. His therapeutic and healing approach makes the practice safe and respectful. During his workshops, the room becomes a relaxed space where you breathe out peace and calm. Jai Yoga follows the yogic tradition of Kaivalyadhama, the oldest scientific yoga research  institute in the world. The principles of this yoga study are based on traditional Astanga Yoga according to Patanjali and rooted in authoritative yogic texts.

With this PTT we will provide guidance in developing yoga skills that follow after establishing a more or less stable asana practice in Ashtanga or Hatha asana practice.

We will learn you to practice and teach Pranayama in an authentic way and create a stable bases to exploring the higher stages in the 8-fold path of Patanjali.
