Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga is a very effective practice for health and happiness. Lu means body, Jong means art of movement and transformation. Lu Jong is rooted in the diamond teachings of Tibet: deep wisdom of nature (Bön), the subtle body (Tantrayana / Vajrayana Buddhism) & Tibetan Medicine.

Wisdom of nature

The 5 elements Space, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water are the foundation of all that exists. We can recognize them in outer nature, in our body and as qualities in our mind. According to Ayurveda and Tibetan Medicine when the 5 elements are balanced, this is the basis of health. In Lu Jong we effectively balance the 5 elements.

Flowing movements

In Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga, we combine grounded positions with flowing movements, the breath & mindfulness. With the movements we open the body channels, so the wind energy can flow harmoniously.  Like this you release stress, tensions, waste products. Our wind energy helps our inner warmth, our digestion, and pure substances, such as hormones, can reach the places where needed. You feel energized, satisfied, home. In the Tantrayana/Vajrayana teachings we use our body as a vehicle for change to deeply reach our mind. With a calm clear mind, we can recognize our nature.

Lu Jong Full Series consists of 21 Movements:

5 Elements – 5 Body Parts (Musculo-skeletal group of movements) – 5 Vital Organs – 6 Conditions (Movements with specific benefits for health and happiness)

ABOUT MARIETTE DE KROON

 

When Mariette met Tibetan Master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche 20 years ago it felt like coming home: a deep knowing that this for her is the path with a heart.

From Tulku Lobsang she learned Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga, Tsa Lung, Inner Fire, Bliss, Mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology and Kum Nye (Tibetan Massage). The origin of these beautiful teachings lies in Tantrayana Buddhism, Bön and Tibetan medicine. Mariette feels home in these diamond teachings, and she loves to share them.

Breathwork, Energy Body, Dynamic Movements & Meditation

Tsa Lung is a powerful practice where we go deeper in the diamond (Vajrayana) teachings of Tibet. Tsa means channel. Lung means wind energy.

In this workshop we train our breath. Our breath is everything: the heart of the body and the essence of mind. When we change our breath, our energy changes. This is how we change our body and mind. And like that our life.

Vajrayana is known for deep wisdom of the subtle body and using the body as a vehicle for transformation – to be home in your true nature. Through of the body we can reach the deepest part of our mind.

Releasing stress & tensions, discover your energetic bliss body.

In this practice we connect with our hearts and train the breath, our lifeforce. We combine body movements with breath retention and visualisation. With dynamic movements we open ourselves, encourage the wind energy to flow and reach deeper, more subtle channels. This helps the optimal temperature, the blood quality & the hormones. Our inner warmth & bliss. Like this the pure increases and we facilitate the letting go of tensions, waste products & mental patterns we do not need anymore.

Meditation
