With Laura Bliek & Reinier Dorrepaal

For years, this practice has been unfairly suppressed from the main narrative of yoga teacher training, and when it was addressed, it was “incidentally,” experimental, as a yogic breathing technique.
Now that yoga has become accessible to all and created forms far from what it really is, Pranayama is becoming an important reference for those seeking authenticity and holistic education about the yogic plan.

Laura and Reinier are two of twenty-nine teachers from around the world who has completed the three-year Kaivalyadhama training in Pranayama and Ayurveda with 1,500 hours of teaching.

Jai Yoga follows the yogic tradition of Kaivalyadhama, the oldest scientific yoga research  institute in the world. Kaivalyadhama Institute, Lonavala, India, teaches the immutable principles of traditional Astanga Yoga according to Patanjali, rooted in authoritative yogic texts.
