Petri Räisänen is an internationally known Ashtanga Yoga teacher. His therapeutic and healing approach makes the practice safe and respectful. During his workshops, the room becomes a relaxed space where you breathe out peace and calm.
Friday November 1st

10.30 – 11.30 Introduction workshop (free of charge)
14.00 – 16.30 Workshop “The Vinyasa System” – All about the Vinyasa and for what to focus on the practice.
Saturday November 2nd
07.00 – 08.45 Mysore style
08.45 – 10.30 Mysore style
14.00 – 16.30 Workshop “Om Pranava (mantra)”. – The quality of the gods. Meaning and use in the practice.
17.30 – 19.30 Dinner at Everest Tandoori Restaurant (Noordeinde 15 / 270 meters away from the shala). At own cost. Please reserve a chair via YogiBit Jai Yoga.

07.00 – 08.45 Mysore style
08.45 – 10.30 Mysore style
14.00 – 16.45 Workshop Primary and Intermediate Series technique and adjustments.
Price for each of the practices and workshops is € 35.
Package 3 times practice + all 3 workshops € 190.
Questions and/or registration:
- Members of Jai Yoga can purchase a credit for a practice or workshop for € 35 using your YogiBit app. (Main menu => Shop => Buy credits => Workshops => Workshop Petri Räisänen). A credit is valid for one class or for one workshop. If you like to join all practices and workshops it is recommended to buy the package for all six workshops for € 190.
- Non-members of Jai Yoga can buy a workshop or class credit for € 35 or a package of € 190 via my website (see ‘abonnementen => workshops => the workshop icons with Petri’s face on it). After buying the credit you will receive a link to the YogiBit app to make your reservation on the class.
- For people registering from outside Netherlands and not having a Dutch bank account I recommend to send me a message via the contact form on my website. Please mention which practices and workshops you like to join.
- For people registering from outside Netherlands you can also let me know via the contact form if you like to join the free of charge introduction and if we have to make reservation Nepalese restaurant for you.
